- My husband and I started taking backdrop pictures about 5 years ago when my son was 6 months old. We recently opened our own studio in downtown Newton, above Prairie Harvest at 601 N. Main Street in "the loft". I love the creative freedom we have taking our own pictures, and giving parents the gift of photos to capture this precious time in their children's lives makes our job so rewarding. I love to photograph a new baby's yawn or their tiny little feet. I know all too well that they don't stay little forever! Thank you to all of you for helping make our dream become a reality!
